Fish Cleaning and Packaging

After a successful day of fishing, let us take care of cleaning and packaging your catch. Our experienced staff will clean and fillet your fish, and package it for you to take home. We also participate in the Michigan Catch and Cook program where you can take some of your fresh catch to select local restaurants and enjoy a professionally prepared meal family and friends.

Our Fleet

Since 1984 Chinook Pier has harbored the premier salmon fishing fleet on Lake Michigan. Our captains take pride in their vessels and look to provide a first class experience for your fishing adventure. All of our vessels are US Coast Gaurd inspected and Michigan DNR licensed. They feature the latest safety equipment, fishing tackle and have full size bathrooms aboard.
