You also have the option to take your catch to select local restraints where they will cook your prepare it for you. Lake Michigan offers the world's premier freshwater salmon and trout fishery. On your charter you will typically target Chinook salmon, Coho salmon, Lake trout, Steelhead, and Brown trout. All tackle is provided and your catch will be cleaned and bagged when you return to the dock

Local Restraunts
Many of or captains participate in the Michigan DNR Catch and Cook program. When you return from your charter just let your captain know you would like to take some of your catch to a local restaurant and they will bag and label it appropriately and recommend options for you where your fresh fish will be prepared in a variety of ways for you to enjoy.
Harbor Tours

Chinook Pier also offers harbor tours for those looking to get out on the water for a relaxing tour. Your captain with give you either a 1 or 2 hr. tour of Grand Haven from the water where you will see the Coast Guard station, Lighthouse and the Lake Michigan Shoreline. Many times your captain will drop a few fishing lines as you tour where you may get an opportunity to catch some fish.
